Create a public car park and move the zebra crossing (Skipton road, Colne, Lancashire)
As a member of the Colne community I wonder whether or not Pendle Borough Council is taking into account the safety of young people on roads? I believe that the council's refusal to take action is endangering people's lives, and someday sooner or later someone is going to get hurt. All I ask is that you please hear me out and understnad where I'm coming from in regards to this matter and I believe with your help that we could make Skipton road a safer crossing for everyone.
